How this website handles enquiries and the details you provide.

Your enquiry details

When you submit an enquiry, your name, email, message and any optional details are passed to Adstar through Cloudflare Email Service so the team can respond. The public website does not keep a separate database copy of your message. The email provider and recipient inbox may retain copies.

Protection against abuse

Keyed cryptographic hashes of network and email identifiers help limit repeated requests; these tables do not contain the raw addresses or message text. Rate-limit records expire within 25 hours, and duplicate-delivery records after 7 days. Outside the local preview, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated submissions.

Essential cookies support the website functions you request. Optional measurement is off by default. Refusing does not restrict browsing, contacting us or signing in. We do not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels or cross-site tracking.

Open cookie preferences to change or withdraw permission at any time. Acceptance and refusal are remembered for the same period. We ask again if the measurement purpose changes or your choice expires. Without JavaScript, use your browser settings to clear this site’s cookies.

All cookies listed above are limited to the current website hostname. In local development, the sign-in cookie omits the __Secure- prefix. Clearing site cookies in your browser also removes your cookie preferences and administrator sign-in.

Cloudflare delivers the website and provides Turnstile protection for the contact form. These services process technical connection and browser data for security, not advertising. Additional security cookies depend on the Cloudflare settings. Cloudflare privacy policy.

Measuring page variants

Only when the variant experiment is enabled and you accept optional measurement does a first-party cookie remember a page variant for 30 days. Daily assignment and accepted-enquiry counts by variant and language are kept for up to 90 days, without enquiry text. Rejecting or withdrawing permission stops new counts and deletes the variant cookie; previous aggregate counts cannot be linked back to an individual. Manual preview links are not counted. Expired records are removed during subsequent cleanup.

Country information

The contact form asks you to select a country. It is not selected automatically from your location or browser language. The site is available in English and does not store a language preference cookie.

Administrator access

Approved administrators sign in through a single-use email link that expires after 5 minutes. The database stores account details, sessions and an audit of administrative actions. Sessions last up to 12 hours and use necessary cookies; session records may contain a network address and browser information. Audit records expire after 90 days. Accounts and project records remain until managed by the website owner.

Before the website launches
